Various musical paths will require a knowledge of music theory. Whether that is embarking on a college course, university degree or simply a high-flying band who require professional input, theory can get you where you need to go. Many classical instruments require you to have Grade 5 theory prior to taking part in your practical grades (6-8).
At The Music Rooms, we make Music Theory fun. We teach theory from Grade 1-8 and our music tutors support you every step of the way through your exams. Our theory exams are primarily from ABRSM but can be adapted to other exam boards, if that is your preference.
